FamilyCare partners with our Dental Assisting program to offer dental services to the public that grants our students real world experience.
Dental Services offered:
Any K-12 student attending a school visited by the Putnam County School-Based Health Services receives preventative care free of charge.
Dental services include: Oral Exams, Cleanings, X-Rays, Fluoride Varnish, Fillings, Extractions, Periodontal Debridement and Denture fittings.
Clinic Hours: Services available only on Thursdays.

Putnam County students K-12: Please call 304-586-3111 or stop by the Putnam Career & Technical Center (PCTC) Dental Clinic located at 300 Roosevelt Blvd. Eleanor, WV 25070. Please print and complete the “General Dental Consent” and the “New Patient Medical Dental History” forms and bring them with you to the dental clinic.
Adults: Please go to the FamilyCare Health Center located at 503 Roosevelt Boulevard in Eleanor, WV, to register and complete an application and additional forms. The staff there will discuss fees and make an appointment for you. Sliding Fee Scale applications are available. For questions, please call 304.586.0001.
