NTID Information #5 -
Putnam County Schools Child Nutrition NTID Meal Plan Parent Guidance:
On designated Non-Traditional Instructional Days [NTID], meals will be available for pickup to help supply nutritional support to parents. These meals will be free for all students.
-Advance Request Required: Parents must call the school office where their child attends to request meals/snacks in advance. Please call the HMS main office, 304-562-9271, between 10:00-10:30am to speak with a secretary and request a meal.
-Pickup: Meals must be picked up at a time designated by the school principal. At HMS this will take place between 12:30-1:00p in the back parking lot, ONLY for those who call and request a meal.
-Multiple Schools: Families with children in more than one school must request and pickup at each school. For example, if you have a student at an elementary school and a high school, you must request and pickup from each school.
-Menu: There will not be a predetermined menu. Items will be based on current availability.
