PCS NTID Helpline contact information

NTID Information #4 -

 If a student needs technology support, the central office will have a technology helpline on NTID. There will be a voicemail message for parents/guardians to leave the following:

1. Person calling, 2. Student name, 3. What school they attend, 4. Issues they are experiencing

This will allow the central office tech team to hear the issue and get it to the correct place so troubleshooting can be handled in a more time efficient manner. 

The primary goals of the tech team will be aiding with Schoology access, Clever access, Office 365/Teams troubleshooting, and iPad/laptop issues.
