Schoology is a learning management system that provides online access to the county grade book program. Students and parents receive usernames and passwords after a child enters a new school. Students use their Office 365 credentials to sign into Schoology, and parents create their own accounts with a Schoology code attached to the student account. Schools usually send the Schoology account codes home to the new incoming class about two weeks after the beginning of school. After that point, parents must contact the school to receive an account. The central office cannot provide account information to parents or students. In the case of divorced/separated parents, both parents can have different accounts if they both have court approved access to the child.

Please remember to update your profile if you change your e-mail address. Account names and passwords can be received by e-mail when they need to be reset.

Links to both the student Schoology portal and the parent Schoology portal are available in the main menu of the PCS web site.
